Before starting the machine, carry out empty running test to check whether the parts are normal. Mainly check whether the limit switch on the safety cover is out of order, if it is out of order, it should be repaired immediately and can be used only after repair.

After the empty running test shows that the operation is normal, put the dough from the pasta machine. Stir the material in the maturing machine for more than 10min before opening the discharge door to feed the compound tablet press.

After adjusting the unloading door appropriately, in order to ensure the uniformity of feeding, the ring head screw should be fastened and positioned to prevent the unloading door from loosening and changing the balance of feeding due to mechanical vibration during operation.

Do not stop the machine in the middle when the dough in the basin is not discharged cleanly, otherwise after stopping mixing, the dough will be lumpy and the resistance will make it difficult for the ripening machine to start up again, and in serious cases, the motor may be damaged due to the excessive starting load. If it is necessary to stop in the middle of the process, the dough must be discharged and put into the ripening machine after eliminating the trouble, and then put the taken out dough into the ripening machine.

When the unloading port is clogged and it is necessary to reach into the agitator with hands or tools to remove the clogging, the safety cover must be opened and the agitator must stop rotating completely before troubleshooting.
