3 year agoThe process flow is as follows: matrix check -- electroplating parameter calculation -- mechanical or manual polishing -- chemical degreasing -- insulating fixture -- electrochemical etching -- pre-plating bottom layer (Nickel-cobalt alloy) -- sanding -- thickening coating -- removing insulation and disassembly fixture -- nickel-cobalt alloy plating -- washing and drying, packaging and storage.
Nickel-cobalt alloy layer (bottom layer) is pre-plated on the grinding wheel before plating (polishing, oil removal, insulation, fixture installation, electrochemical etching), charged into the tank, after 2~3min of shock current plating, adjust to the normal current, plating for 10min, the purpose of the bottom layer is to make the diamond can adhere to the abrasive particles.
The sand time is determined according to the particle size of abrasive, with large particle size, long time, small particle size and short time. Grinding wheel products generally use diamond of 100/120 mesh size, sand burying time is about 1 hour. Then the cathode current density is more than 1A/dm², the electroplating time is 3~4h, and then sand and electroplating, so that the diamond particles on the grinding wheel can get well-covered nickel and cobalt coating, the volume of abrasive particles accounts for more than 50% of the volume of the working layer.
