PRODUCT DISCRIPTION: Gear Pump for Continuous Ink Jet Printer

J-Tron's Gear Pump for Continuous Ink Jet Printer--GPT Series is applicable to inkjet printing, pigment printing, ceramic spraying, chemcial metering system, and wide range of aggressive chemicals media and abrasive fluids.

This GPT Series precision pump has flow rate at 3.5L/min at 5400RPM, displacement is 0.63ml/Rev, and max differential pressure at 8Bar. The revolution range among 500~5500RPM and the viscosity range among 0.5~1500cps. It has outstanding self-priming capacity that the suction lift is 2 meters, and it has a max head of 80meters.

This GPT Series precision pump is made of Titanium Nitride coated stainless steel 316 pump body, tungsten carbide PEEK, ceramic shaft, and rare earth magnets that ensures the wear resistance and corrosion resisrtance.

This GPT Series precision pump features a cavity style design with no dynamic seals for applications that cannot tolerate leak.
