Subsequently, central hole drilling and precision internal thread machining are performed to guarantee the coaxial accuracy between the flow channel and the thread. The lateral multi-hole and window structures are synchronously milled or side-drilled using powered tools, with multiple processes completed under the same clamping condition to ensure hole spacing consistency and fluid channel symmetry. After machining, critical dimensions are inspected, followed by deburring and cleaning processes to meet the requirements for stability, reliability, and assembly performance of precision fluid systems.

This precision multi-hole fluid valve core is a high-consistency shaft-type functional component, whose critical performance relies on the stable control of dimensional accuracy, hole position consistency, and overall coaxiality. During the inspection process, multiple quality control points are established based on functional and assembly requirements.
The outer diameter and total length serve as the basic control dimensions, which are inspected using digital micrometers and precision calipers to ensure stable and controllable dimensional tolerances, meeting the requirements for assembly clearance and sealing performance.
Internal bores and internal threads represent the core functional features, which are tested with go-no-go gauges and thread gauges. Special emphasis is placed on controlling the coaxiality between threads and the central flow channel, so as to ensure unobstructed fluid passage and uniform force distribution after assembly.
For lateral hole/window structures, the key inspection items include aperture, hole spacing, and positional symmetry. Sampling or 100% inspection is carried out using pin gauges, profile projectors, or coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure that the multi-hole structure achieves uniform distribution and stable output under operating conditions.
Coaxiality and roundness are the key geometric tolerance control items. Multiple machining processes are completed under the same clamping condition, and verification is performed with CMM or roundness measuring instruments, effectively reducing cumulative errors.
Surface quality and deburring are verified through visual inspection and tactile checks to confirm that there are no burrs or residual chips on the edges, avoiding potential risks during assembly and the operation of the fluid control system.
The entire machining and inspection process follows a stable process control logic, ensuring that all dimensions and geometric tolerances remain consistent in batch production, thereby providing reliable and repeatable functional assurance for high-precision fluid control systems.
