ZISS CMM test for machining parts

In the field of high-precision machining, stable control of dimensional consistency and geometric tolerance is the key to determining component reliability. We use ZEISS Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to conduct full-scale, high-precision geometric inspection of machined components, ensuring that every product meets the requirements of design drawings and international quality standards. ZEISS CMMs feature sub-micron measurement accuracy and are capable of high-repeatability inspection of key features such as complex surfaces, deep-hole structures, precision hole positions, coaxiality, perpendicularity, parallelism, and profile tolerance. Through high-stability probe systems and intelligent measurement software, we achieve full-process data traceability and closed-loop quality control from single-piece trial production to mass production. During the inspection process, we can perform the following according to customer requirements: • Full Dimensional Inspection • Special Inspection of Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) / Key Characteristics • First Article Inspection (FAI) and Batch Sampling Inspection • Geometric Tolerance Verification for Complex Structures and 5-Axis Machined Parts Inspection results can be output as standardized inspection reports, supporting GD&T annotation, SPC (Statistical Process Control) data analysis, and quality document archiving.
