otherwise, the machine alarms and waits for troubleshooting. The principle of detecting stripped screws: When the selected electric screwdriver tightens a screw (reaching the set torque),
the electric screwdriver automatically cuts off the power and outputs a pulse signal.
 
The PLC reads this signal, processes it, and ultimately determines whether the screw is stripped or has a stripped thread.
 
If the screwdriver bit slips or the threads strip, the electric screwdriver will not brake or stop, and no signal will be sent to the PLC.
