Simple Maintenance Desktop Automated Screwdriving Robot

Screws are automatically fed into the fastening chuck. Air pressure forces the screws into the chuck, and a cylinder extends and retracts, driving a servo electric screwdriver and screwdriver head to push the screw into the hole on the product. Simultaneously, the servo electric screwdriver rotates the screwdriver head, locking the screw into the hole. After the cylinder extends and retracts to its final position, a compressive force buffer exists between the screw and the screwdriver head to prevent damage to the product and maintain downward pressure along the axial force until the screw is fully fastened. Only after the servo electric screwdriver receives the currently set torque signal is the screw fastening considered complete. If the system detects that the screw is not fully fastened and is floating, the machine will immediately alarm. Similarly, if stripping occurs after fastening, the machine will also issue an alarm.

Mingzheng's floor-standing automatic screw fastening machine is compatible with products of different sizes. One machine can fasten different products with the same type of screw, ensuring both high product yield and precision.

The product fastening position is automatically controlled by a program with open programming, allowing users to edit the coordinate program and set the fastening parameters.
