Sapphire wafer substrate is a type of wafer from artificially synthesized single-crystal a -alumina( AL2O3), Due to it's excellent physical and chemical properties, it's widely used in the fields of semicoductor, optoelectronics and microelectronics, especially as the substrate material for LEDS(Light-emitting diodes) RF devices and optical windows. with a Mohs hard of 9, which is second only to diamond, it has strong wear resistance and is an ideal material for semiconductor and precision instrument manufacturing
2,4,6 inch Sapphire Wafer is made from high-purity Al2O3 single crystal and features excellent transparency,mechanical strength, and thermal stability.Available in single-side or double-side polishing, it supports optical testing, thin-film growth, semiconductor research, Optoelectronic and LED industries and various laborator applications.It's uniform structure and stable performance make it suitable for precision experiments and advanced material studies.
