4 year agoMonascus Yellow is a natural colorant extracted from Monascus red. Monascus Yellow Pigment production mainly includes sulfonation treatment and drying. Monascus Yellow Powder is orange red to yellow brown powder. As food additive, Monascus Yellow colorant can greatly improve the coloring of food, make it look more tasty and increase more appetite.
Food Grade Monascus Yellow Usage:
