    With rice and soybean as raw materials, Monascus Red produced by fermentation and refining extraction technology. Food Grade Red Pigment is a natural functional pigment, and is one of the secondary metabolites of Monascus. Food Grade Monascus Additive is broadly used in food industry to enhance the product quality, and the effect is very satisfactory.

 

4 Monscus Red for Barbecue Products

 

Monascus Red Powder Usage: Add Monascus red pigment into the marinade sauce. After marinating, put into the oven which temperature is set to 250and bake for 15 minutes. Then coat the skin with a thin layer of barbecue juice. Reduce the oven temperature to 150and bake for another 40 minutes.

Recommended dosage: 0.5‱-1‱ of the total material weight
