1. Overview
The FLND filter
Its high reliability, ease of maintenance, and flexible installation options make it widely applicable in construction machinery, wind power equipment, marine manufacturing, metallurgy, and injection molding machinery.
It is a high-performance, compact hydraulic filter designed for industrial hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, and fluid purification applications. It employs advanced filter element technology and a modular structure to effectively remove particulate contaminants, moisture, and oxidation products from hydraulic fluids, ensuring system cleanliness and equipment lifespan.
2. Key Features
High-Efficiency Filtration Performance
Filter elements are available in glass fiber, metal mesh, or stainless steel sintered felt, with filtration precision ranging from 3μm to 200μm to meet various operating conditions.
Pleated filter element design increases filtration area, enhances dirt-holding capacity, and extends service life.
Compact Design
Housing is made of high-strength aluminum alloy or carbon steel, featuring a compact structure, lightweight, and space-saving installation.
Supports flange, threaded, or compression-type connections for compatibility with diverse piping systems.
Monitoring & Protection
Integrated differential pressure indicators (visual or electrical signals) provide monitoring of filter element clogging and trigger alarms for replacement.
Optional bypass valves prevent abnormal system pressure increases due to filter element blockage.
Durability & Reliability
Housing pressure ratings range from 1.6MPa to 6.4MPa, with an operating temperature range of -30°C to +110°C, adapting to harsh conditions.
Seals are made of fluororubber or nitrile rubber for excellent aging and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term sealing performance.
3. Applications
Main circuit filtration in construction machinery hydraulic systems
Lubricating oil purification for wind turbine gearboxes
Marine hydraulic steering and propulsion systems
Hydraulic station oil maintenance in metallurgical equipment
Cleanliness assurance in injection molding machine hydraulic systems
4. Maintenance & Care
Regularly inspect the differential pressure indicator and replace filter elements promptly when the pressure differential exceeds the set value.
Ensure system pressure relief when replacing filter elements to prevent oil leakage or personal injury.
Drain the filter of oil before long-term shutdown to prevent freeze cracking or corrosion in winter.
