TheA4VTG Series Variable Displacement Axial Piston Pumpis a swashplate-designed pump primarily used in closed-loop hydrostatic transmission systems. It is widely applied in mobile concrete mixers, tractors, construction machinery, metallurgical equipment, mining machinery, marine vessels, forging presses, and other industrial sectors.

1. Flow Adjustment
 
    • Flow rate is proportional to drive speed and displacement.
 
    • Smooth flow increase from zero to maximum via swashplate angle adjustment.
 
    • Seamless flow direction reversal when the swashplate passes through the neutral position.
 
2. Pressure Protection
 
    • Two pressure relief valves are installed at the high-pressure port to prevent overload in hydrostatic systems (pump and motor).
 
    • The high-pressure relief valve doubles as a charge pressure valve.
 
3. Integrated Charge Pump
 
    • Serves as both a feed pump and control pressure source.
 
    • Maximum charge pressure is limited by a built-in charge pressure relief valve.
