Hot Plate Welding Machine strength
In most cases, the welding strength of the hot plate is greater than  other positions of the part, that is, under harsh working conditions, the first  destroy is  the structure of the component body, not the weld position. Therefore, the hot plate welder strength  is large, and the weld position can be carried.
PP Hot Plate Welding Machine Application
Widely used for larger or oddly shaped parts, as well as softer composites (TPE, TPO, TPR), hot plate welding can be used. The hot plate welding strength is large, and it is easy to achieve high-strength sealing. Oil  tanks and water tanks under the hood are usually welded with hot plates.

Plastic Hot Plate Welding Machine Welding process
During the hot plate welding , the part comes into contact with, or almost, a heating plate or infrared heat source to facilitate heat transfer at the junction. After the plastic melts, the hot plate retracts rapidly. Under pressure, the heated parts are pressed in contact with each other until the material is sufficiently cooled and the bond is firm. Specifically, it can be divided into the following three stages.
Step1: Heating phase. The hot plate heats the welded position of the component.
Step2: Hot plate retracted.
Step3: Press the tight sealing stage.
Hot plate welding time is longer. The welding process is environmentally friendly and does not require adhesives.
